Hi, I'm Jeanie, I live and work in Portland. My passion is to collaborate with those that need guidance and support in the areas of: creative strategy and business development. I especially love creating compelling copy, helping others find their voice + lifting a business to the next level. When I'm not working you can find me hanging with my fam, volunteering in the community, supporting local biz by checking out new food + drink (because Portland!), travelling and loving on my Coco, the cutest puppy ever.

My stellar communication skills, flexibility in demanding environments and focus on treating those on my team with grace have led to some pretty cool accomplishments spanning over the last 14 years. Here are some highlights!

Mktg - management of 100+ retail, tradeshow & community events. Design direction + creation for small/mid-size businesses, spanning all digital & print platforms. Project management keeping scope intact and liaising communication between stakeholders & design team. Re-branding work including building social profiles & audience engagement.

Biz dev - community outreach increasing brand awareness, this looked like B2B calls, onsite events & meets with decision makers. Developed partnerships to increase overall revenue. Led and continually coached teams to increase sales 20% over prior years.

Mgmt - full cycle hiring, onboarding, payroll and day to day HR. Team retention through consistent management, transparent communication & constructive feedback. Negotiated contracts to lower territory and company costs. Overhauled operations to streamline efficiencies and improve productivity. This led to a 15% decrease in costs over prior years.

Tech talents - Canva, Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, Mailchimp, WordPress, Asana, Trello, All Social platforms, Constant Contact, MindBody, SEO, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, Zoom, Go2Meeting and Salesforce.
